Registered Post International

Registered Post International is an added security service for parcels up to 500g to almost any address in the world.

Delivery to over almost 200 countries within 3 to 10 working days Each article has a unique identification number.

Proof of posting provided when lodged at a post office counter.

Signature on delivery.

Tracking your order

Using Express Post International & Registered Post International, basic tracking is available. This means you can go to the online tracking service and see when your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the (very) occasional  customer wearing our jewellery and then wanting to return it for a refund, we do not offer refunds on items once purchased. Each item is very carefully handmade, and with reasonable care should last a lifetime.

To ensure your confidence, we will however repair or replace any defective item returned to us within one month of purchase (return postage at your cost). We endeavour to describe and provide as much information as possible to ensure you receive exactly the item you order.
